去印度当地培训还是算了吧，印度人的英语，虽然是官方语言，但是那个口音啊。。。而且他们说话大舌头。。个人认为印度英语说出来还不如Chinglish好听\(^o^)/~以前我们和美国、印度外教一起出去的时候，美国外教是听不懂印度人说什么的，还是我在中间给他们做翻译，囧的。。
所以如果你有一定英语基础的话，如果来得及可以在国内培训一下，比如新东方那些啊，练练口语什么的，到时候基本上你说的他们能听懂就行，字典可以用牛津的英汉双解，这样你在工作中就算有不知道怎么说的，找到那个汉语的，把英语部分给你的印度同事看他们也能懂的。书籍可以带你工作相关的，要么就带新概念去没事自学一下也可以，主要是里面很多典型的句子用法，读熟悉了语感建立起来了就会说的比较顺口。实用性上讲可以带些日常用语900句之类的，还有职场常用句型等等。
还有可以带套自己的旅行餐具，他们吃饭会用手抓的。。
