0引言

隨著經濟發展和人民生活水平的提高，空調和採暖能耗在我國建築能耗中的比重大幅度地提高，逐步發展成為建築能耗中的一個主要部分，給能源和環境帶來更大的壓力。而太陽能是一種取之不盡、用之不竭的潔凈能源，用太陽能補充常規能源驅動空調和採暖系統對於節能和環保都具有十分重要的意義。

「天普新能源示範大樓」 的立項就是為了探索建築上綜合利用新能源的經驗，該項目得到了科技部和中國科學院的支持。大型太陽能空調／熱泵系統則是該大樓的主要供能系統。本文對太陽能空調／熱泵系統作詳細描述，並分析系統在運行中的部分數據，以便總結經驗，為推廣應用打下基礎。
