當初我在4S店混了近七年,從備件到市場部,全做過。奇葩的是,市場部就我一人,各種事每天在做、在看,直到看透了黑,老子不想幹了。當初我辭職還不給走,一直壓到我在第二天新公司上班,連休息都沒有。

所謂的「金融服務費」,就是巧立名目地收。這玩法可不止一家4S店,自己4S店發票不夠,同城其他4S還能幫開。這都玩了好多年了。銷售從中拿提成,所以基本都是勸客戶貸款分期,反正這費用沒人查沒人管。

近年買過車的都應該看到過,一進4S店,易拉寶的廣告都是分期貸款,「零壓力購車」。奧迪、路虎等車型,可能賣車本身4S店賺不了多少錢,就是靠額外收取各種費、賣保險等賺取利潤。

羊毛出在羊身上,你要全款付可以,那就優惠不了多少;你要貸款買能優惠幾個點,金融服務費一樣出。很多購車人都在意「優惠」,就沒有仔細盤算過——其實來來去去,這錢都得自己付。

另外,4S店給你做汽車貸款,一般只有指定一家銀行的,稍微好一點的給你兩家銀行選擇。但不可能你走進店裡,掏出自己某行的信用卡,說我要某家銀行貸款。所以銀行要給渠道費的,4S店就是吃完消費者這一頭,再吃銀行那一頭。

吃完兩頭,還要坑汽車廠商。什麼「第三方公司」,說白了就是一家集團公司旗下的,為走賬開發票等各種名目用的,甚至還有一些專開發票用的,為拿品牌廣告費推廣用的。品牌廠方會給4S店全年推廣費,假如實際使用1萬,能開出10萬發票和假明細賬上傳;每一份都有雙份計劃表,雙份總結表,雙份報銷明細單,一份對內集團公司、一份對品牌,而這發票只有一份給品牌。

外國汽車廠商每年會有兩次「空降檢查」4S店。說是「空降」,但檢查人員下飛機的那一刻,4S店就有收到消息。4S店會預先把「副廠」(即非原廠零件)全部清理掉,把有問題的車拉到其他店去。

進口車的4S店,當售後進來維修車輛是進口車,備件不夠時,客戶又可宰肯換,新車都能拆零件。讓工人去停車場(找新車)拆零件是常事,非常普遍。一般的客戶,即便給你打開蓋子,你也看不出來新車零件是否被替換過。

因為進口原廠件不會備,倉庫基本空架,只有需要時才會從廠商訂購,訂貨時間長,當同城4S店也都沒貨,無法借調,只有拆同款車件。

進口新車零件全拆賣得比整車都貴,拆了進口件,能拿國產件補上,如果國產件都沒,那還能從二道販子那也能搞到。甚至「浸水車」,4S店也會買下來,然後拆零件用。

按照目前大大都人的理解,好的汽車營銷就是要精心策劃有創意、有影響的市場營銷勾當,吸引電視台炒作和公家關注,由此晉升品牌知名度。按照這個標准,上海通用肯定能夠得到無上分,因為賽歐「10萬元小別克」的新聞炒作、別克GL8「陸上公事艙」的概念推廣、君威品牌中國傳統文化的輸入、凱迪拉克品牌在北京太廟進行發布儀式等,都堪稱近年來中國汽車營銷史上的經典之作。

如果營銷也分門戶的話,上海通用是典型的「美式打法」,電視台公關、新聞炒作、概念宣導、廣告轟炸……這一套高舉高打車營銷組合拳被上海通用運用得出神入化,原本在美國屬於二線品牌的別克經過上海通用的包裝和晉升,一舉成為中國轎車市場的主流品牌。誰也不克不及否認,上海通用的群體營銷程度的確超出超過同業一大截。

還是回到2006年風頭最勁的凱美瑞轎車上來。消費者為啥子追捧凱美瑞?誰都知道這是因為進口佳美轎車在中國市場上形成了良好口碑。但很少有人問:凱美瑞的口碑為啥子這么好?答案不是豐田的打造工藝好,而是產物改善得好。從上個世紀60年代推出第一代凱美瑞開始,豐田就在不斷地改善它的品位,每一代的品位都會比上一代有所晉升,而國產凱美瑞已是它的第六代。在統一個車型平台上持續改善,不僅節流了大量的開發、打造成本,品位得到不斷晉升,並且消費者的口碑也在不斷地累加。

相反,通用、福特等汽車公司走的是另外一條途徑,它們每年都會推出一大堆新車,但每一款新車的名字、技術平台和之前的車型都找不出聯系。現在,國內很多汽車廠家走的也是這條途徑,奇瑞董事長尹同耀對此有一句著名的話:「單打獨鬥打不過你,我就生一大堆孩子來打群架。」為了推廣新車,廠家不得不打造各下位概念和新聞熱點,並大規模地舉辦市場勾當,以此吸引電視台和公家的眼球。

比較麻煩的也是配件的翻譯,由於汽車零配件都是比較專業的詞語,直譯往往會產生很大的歧義,所以對於翻譯者的要求非常的高,不但要有很好的英語基礎還必須懂得專業的汽車英語,這樣的人才比較鐵緊俏,一般也都是都汽車廠里工作了許多年的老員工才有這樣的水平。

不過目前還是蠻多相關的汽車翻譯對照資料,也對翻譯配件工作起了很大的助進作用。

我前段時間發現的一個凡者汽車詞典還蠻好的,算是比較實用吧,資匯量我覺得是目前收集的最廣的,准確性也高,我個從比較推薦。。但是也不是萬能的,好多長句子會出現些問題。希望能出一個更好的相關軟體就好了。。。
