当初我在4S店混了近七年,从备件到市场部,全做过。奇葩的是,市场部就我一人,各种事每天在做、在看,直到看透了黑,老子不想干了。当初我辞职还不给走,一直压到我在第二天新公司上班,连休息都没有。

所谓的“金融服务费”,就是巧立名目地收。这玩法可不止一家4S店,自己4S店发票不够,同城其他4S还能帮开。这都玩了好多年了。销售从中拿提成,所以基本都是劝客户贷款分期,反正这费用没人查没人管。

近年买过车的都应该看到过,一进4S店,易拉宝的广告都是分期贷款,“零压力购车”。奥迪、路虎等车型,可能卖车本身4S店赚不了多少钱,就是靠额外收取各种费、卖保险等赚取利润。

羊毛出在羊身上,你要全款付可以,那就优惠不了多少;你要贷款买能优惠几个点,金融服务费一样出。很多购车人都在意“优惠”,就没有仔细盘算过——其实来来去去,这钱都得自己付。

另外,4S店给你做汽车贷款,一般只有指定一家银行的,稍微好一点的给你两家银行选择。但不可能你走进店里,掏出自己某行的信用卡,说我要某家银行贷款。所以银行要给渠道费的,4S店就是吃完消费者这一头,再吃银行那一头。

吃完两头,还要坑汽车厂商。什么“第三方公司”,说白了就是一家集团公司旗下的,为走账开发票等各种名目用的,甚至还有一些专开发票用的,为拿品牌广告费推广用的。品牌厂方会给4S店全年推广费,假如实际使用1万,能开出10万发票和假明细账上传;每一份都有双份计划表,双份总结表,双份报销明细单,一份对内集团公司、一份对品牌,而这发票只有一份给品牌。

外国汽车厂商每年会有两次“空降检查”4S店。说是“空降”,但检查人员下飞机的那一刻,4S店就有收到消息。4S店会预先把“副厂”(即非原厂零件)全部清理掉,把有问题的车拉到其他店去。

进口车的4S店,当售后进来维修车辆是进口车,备件不够时,客户又可宰肯换,新车都能拆零件。让工人去停车场(找新车)拆零件是常事,非常普遍。一般的客户,即便给你打开盖子,你也看不出来新车零件是否被替换过。

因为进口原厂件不会备,仓库基本空架,只有需要时才会从厂商订购,订货时间长,当同城4S店也都没货,无法借调,只有拆同款车件。

进口新车零件全拆卖得比整车都贵,拆了进口件,能拿国产件补上,如果国产件都没,那还能从二道贩子那也能搞到。甚至“浸水车”,4S店也会买下来,然后拆零件用。

还是回到2006年风头最劲的凯美瑞轿车上来。消费者为啥子追捧凯美瑞?谁都知道这是因为进口佳美轿车在中国市场上形成了良好口碑。但很少有人问:凯美瑞的口碑为啥子这么好?答案不是丰田的打造工艺好,而是产物改善得好。从上个世纪60年代推出第一代凯美瑞开始,丰田就在不断地改善它的品位,每一代的品位都会比上一代有所晋升,而国产凯美瑞已是它的第六代。在统一个车型平台上持续改善,不仅节流了大量的开发、打造成本,品位得到不断晋升,并且消费者的口碑也在不断地累加。

相反,通用、福特等汽车公司走的是另外一条途径,它们每年都会推出一大堆新车,但每一款新车的名字、技术平台和之前的车型都找不出联系。现在,国内很多汽车厂家走的也是这条途径,奇瑞董事长尹同耀对此有一句著名的话:“单打独斗打不过你,我就生一大堆孩子来打群架。”为了推广新车,厂家不得不打造各下位概念和新闻热点,并大规模地举办市场勾当,以此吸引电视台和公家的眼球。

比较麻烦的也是配件的翻译,由于汽车零配件都是比较专业的词语,直译往往会产生很大的歧义,所以对于翻译者的要求非常的高,不但要有很好的英语基础还必须懂得专业的汽车英语,这样的人才比较铁紧俏,一般也都是都汽车厂里工作了许多年的老员工才有这样的水平。

不过目前还是蛮多相关的汽车翻译对照资料,也对翻译配件工作起了很大的助进作用。

我前段时间发现的一个凡者汽车词典还蛮好的,算是比较实用吧,资汇量我觉得是目前收集的最广的,准确性也高,我个从比较推荐。。但是也不是万能的,好多长句子会出现些问题。希望能出一个更好的相关软件就好了。。。
