『壹』 房車在中國和市場前景如何

房車，這個在中國還是很陌生的概念，在國外（尤其是美國）已經很出名了，我們經常看到 很多美國人買不起房子，住在一個破車里，小小的汽車真的是五臟俱全。 基本生活設置都齊全，還可擁抱無限大自然。給人感覺是很閑適的生活。再看看中國目前的市場形勢，房車對於中國人來說，是很陌生的，人們對於房車 更多的是 一種嗤之以鼻。人們寧願花 30 萬 、60 萬去買個高層 建築，也不願住在房車里。 或許中國人覺得 ，房子就房子， 車子就是車子，車子不能代替房子。 殊不知 我們可以既有房也有車 。現在中國的房地產 被炒得如火如荼， 現在人們大多都 成了房奴，買不起房子，蝸居在城市裡 一個幾十平米的小房子里，累死累活 的。 中國在住宅方面的發展方向將如何呢？ 我認為 房車有很大的發展空間。 現在一輛車子（普通 汽車） 大概在 30 萬左右（新車）如果是用舊的了汽車，報價應該在十萬左右（甚至以內） 。我們花 十萬買個 舊車子，再花 十萬 改裝成房車 。剩下十萬 買個小汽車 上班用。上班 住房 兩不誤 ，而且可以把自己的小窩放在山清水秀的地方. 現在國家正大力發展基礎設置建設，其中 就包括修建大量的公路。 這也為房車的發展提供 積極因素。而我國西部 ，風景秀美，公路設置發展也非常完善 ，卻很少有車子開去那裡，隨著 人們意識的不斷進步，會有更多的人開車房車去西部旅遊（把家搬到自己喜歡的地方 ，過一段舒適的日子 ，何樂而不為？） 中國現在擁有駕照的人在 2億左右，也就是說開汽車 已經不再是什麼稀罕事，越來越多的人可以開汽車了。 現在人 工作流動性越來越大，比如我有個什麼朋友告訴我 他在某某城市認識什麼人 ，讓我過去 給我介紹一份更好的工作，我首先考慮的是我過去住哪裡，如果我現在有一輛房車，我可以把家直接開過去。所以 這也促進了房車的發展。 目前 在英國流行住船屋，我想大家前不久應該看到新聞了，中國不適合船屋，因為中國的河道沒有這個條件，在南方 或許還可以，但是縱深到 西部 北部，船屋沒多少發展空間。 但是這也讓我們看到 ，這種經濟 實惠 實用 又不失浪漫的居家方式 將成為未來發展的趨勢。 與其蝸居某某別墅，不如縱情於無限江山。 美國最近開展的房車展，讓我看到 世界房車發展的前景。更為我的觀點 增加說服力，房車 將不再是有錢的人 旅行方式。 「舊時王謝堂前燕 ，飛入尋常百姓家！」

『叄』 房車大概多少錢一輛

通常情況下，我們所說的房車指的是自行式房車或者拖掛式房車。2020年最便宜的拖掛式房車15萬就可以買到。

購買房車注意事項注意事項：

1、底盤的選擇：畢竟你要買的是一輛車，房車里「房」的功能與「車」的功能同等重要，盡量買可靠穩定的房車底盤。目前市場上的主力車型，福特全順的兩種車型值得重點考慮。

2、確定需求：幾個人用車，這個很重要，一般房車，裝下一家3、4口人就是極限了。

3、車內設施：最起碼做到冬暖夏涼，製冷設施，取暖設施，能裝都裝上，這個東西屬於有備無患的東西，盡量能裝就裝。

4、盡量簡裝：盡量給二改留空間，別一次裝到位了，什麼設施都裝，不僅僅是費錢的問題，車內最寶貴的是空間，如果有需要，再做二次加裝即可。

6、注意售後：之前市場上有個人改裝房車的，一般都是老車友，將愛好轉換成了商業行為。這種的確實能將改裝費降到最低，但售後堪憂。盡量在資金允許的情況下，找正規團隊。
