『壹』 房车在中国和市场前景如何

房车，这个在中国还是很陌生的概念，在国外（尤其是美国）已经很出名了，我们经常看到 很多美国人买不起房子，住在一个破车里，小小的汽车真的是五脏俱全。 基本生活设置都齐全，还可拥抱无限大自然。给人感觉是很闲适的生活。再看看中国目前的市场形势，房车对于中国人来说，是很陌生的，人们对于房车 更多的是 一种嗤之以鼻。人们宁愿花 30 万 、60 万去买个高层 建筑，也不愿住在房车里。 或许中国人觉得 ，房子就房子， 车子就是车子，车子不能代替房子。 殊不知 我们可以既有房也有车 。现在中国的房地产 被炒得如火如荼， 现在人们大多都 成了房奴，买不起房子，蜗居在城市里 一个几十平米的小房子里，累死累活 的。 中国在住宅方面的发展方向将如何呢？ 我认为 房车有很大的发展空间。 现在一辆车子（普通 汽车） 大概在 30 万左右（新车）如果是用旧的了汽车，报价应该在十万左右（甚至以内） 。我们花 十万买个 旧车子，再花 十万 改装成房车 。剩下十万 买个小汽车 上班用。上班 住房 两不误 ，而且可以把自己的小窝放在山清水秀的地方. 现在国家正大力发展基础设置建设，其中 就包括修建大量的公路。 这也为房车的发展提供 积极因素。而我国西部 ，风景秀美，公路设置发展也非常完善 ，却很少有车子开去那里，随着 人们意识的不断进步，会有更多的人开车房车去西部旅游（把家搬到自己喜欢的地方 ，过一段舒适的日子 ，何乐而不为？） 中国现在拥有驾照的人在 2亿左右，也就是说开汽车 已经不再是什么稀罕事，越来越多的人可以开汽车了。 现在人 工作流动性越来越大，比如我有个什么朋友告诉我 他在某某城市认识什么人 ，让我过去 给我介绍一份更好的工作，我首先考虑的是我过去住哪里，如果我现在有一辆房车，我可以把家直接开过去。所以 这也促进了房车的发展。 目前 在英国流行住船屋，我想大家前不久应该看到新闻了，中国不适合船屋，因为中国的河道没有这个条件，在南方 或许还可以，但是纵深到 西部 北部，船屋没多少发展空间。 但是这也让我们看到 ，这种经济 实惠 实用 又不失浪漫的居家方式 将成为未来发展的趋势。 与其蜗居某某别墅，不如纵情于无限江山。 美国最近开展的房车展，让我看到 世界房车发展的前景。更为我的观点 增加说服力，房车 将不再是有钱的人 旅行方式。 “旧时王谢堂前燕 ，飞入寻常百姓家！”

『叁』 房车大概多少钱一辆

通常情况下，我们所说的房车指的是自行式房车或者拖挂式房车。2020年最便宜的拖挂式房车15万就可以买到。

购买房车注意事项注意事项：

1、底盘的选择：毕竟你要买的是一辆车，房车里“房”的功能与“车”的功能同等重要，尽量买可靠稳定的房车底盘。目前市场上的主力车型，福特全顺的两种车型值得重点考虑。

2、确定需求：几个人用车，这个很重要，一般房车，装下一家3、4口人就是极限了。

3、车内设施：最起码做到冬暖夏凉，制冷设施，取暖设施，能装都装上，这个东西属于有备无患的东西，尽量能装就装。

4、尽量简装：尽量给二改留空间，别一次装到位了，什么设施都装，不仅仅是费钱的问题，车内最宝贵的是空间，如果有需要，再做二次加装即可。

6、注意售后：之前市场上有个人改装房车的，一般都是老车友，将爱好转换成了商业行为。这种的确实能将改装费降到最低，但售后堪忧。尽量在资金允许的情况下，找正规团队。
